DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions
Temperature: 300°F
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Heavy
Application Steps

- Preheat your heat press to 300°F.
- Pre-press your apparel for 10 seconds without a transfer to remove any moisture or wrinkles from the apparel.
- Place the transfer on the garment and press for 10 seconds with heavy pressure.
- Immediately peel the film while hot (hot peel).
- Once peeled, cover the design with a piece of cotton fabric.
- Press again for 10 seconds to finish.
Reflective DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions
Temperature: 260°F
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Heavy
Application Steps
- Preheat your heat press to 260°F.
- Pre-press your apparel for 10 seconds without a transfer to remove any moisture or wrinkles from the apparel.
- Place the transfer on the garment and press for 10 seconds with heavy pressure.
- Allow the transfer to cool completely.
- Once cool, peel the backing film from the garment.
- Use a lint roller (sticky) to remove excess reflective foil from the edges.
- Cover the design with a cotton fabric and press again to seal.
Glitter DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions
Temperature: 260°F
Time: 15 seconds
Pressure: Heavy
Application Steps
- Preheat your heat press to 260°F.
- Pre-press your apparel for 15 seconds without a transfer to remove any moisture or wrinkles from the apparel.
- Place the transfer on the garment and press for 15 seconds with heavy pressure.
- Allow the transfer to cool completely.
- Once cool, peel the backing film from the garment.
Glow in the Dark DTF Transfer Pressing Instructions
Temperature: 305°F
Time: 10 seconds
Pressure: Heavy
Application Steps
- Preheat your heat press to 305°F.
- Pre-press your apparel for 15 seconds without a transfer to remove any moisture or wrinkles from the apparel.
- Place the transfer on the garment and press for 10 seconds with heavy pressure.
- Allow the transfer to cool completely.
- Once cool, peel the backing film from the garment.
- Cover the design with a protective sheet and press again to fully seal.
Additional Tips
Pressing times and temperatures may vary depending on your heat press.
A clamshell or adjustable pressure heat press is recommended.
If using an auto heat press (like HTVRONT), adding a pressing pillow can help increase pressure.
For thicker fabrics (such as denim or canvas), you may need to: Increase pressing time or cold peel the transfer and not instant hot peel.
